Step One: After preferred Pureology shampoo, remove excess water from the hair.
Step Two: Apply Color Fanatic Top Coat evenly throughout hair. When using Top Coat apply to previously color-treated areas to neutralize unwanted tones.
Step Three: Leave in for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
